Our Beautiful Banana Garden

Our Beautiful Banana Garden

At Patandi Maalum Secondary School, we are proud to have a beautiful and productive banana garden within our school compound. The garden is not only a source of fresh fruit, but also a great learning environment for our students.

Our banana garden plays an important role in:

  • 🌿 Promoting agricultural skills among students.

  • πŸ§‘β€πŸŒΎ Teaching practical lessons in science and agriculture.

  • 🍌 Providing fresh bananas for meals in the school dining hall.

Students from different classes, including those with disabilities, take part in maintaining the garden. With the help of our teachers and school staff, students learn how to plant, water, and take care of banana trees. It’s part of our goal to make education more hands-on, inclusive, and empowering.

The garden also helps make the school environment greener and more beautiful. Visitors often admire the garden during school events and tours.

At Patandi, we believe that every student deserves a chance to connect with nature and learn practical skills for life.
